Cultural iQ (CiQ) is an e-learning platform built by trusted Cultural Intelligence experts who wish to assist you and your organisations navigate cultural complexities to improve your knowledge and understanding of diversity and inclusion.  

For those who want to start or grow their understanding of cultural intelligence and its importance in all personal and professional endeavors. Cultural IQ empowers you to unpack your conscious and unconscious biases to improve your ability to receive information that will help you make conscious decisions not based on bias.

Cultural iQ provides individuals with practical, real-world applications. The most conscious individuals or organisations can often struggle with recognizing the limitations caused by bias, we encourage self-awareness and provide insights into improving one's mindset to increase your willingness to do better and be better which ultimately leads to personal fulfilment and improved outcomes for organisations.

Cultural iQ modules walk you through a process of self-awareness that is unique to you and what type of leader you desire to be through applying culturally intelligence lenses to everyday topics, environments and circumstances you may find yourself in while demystifying Aboriginal people’s experience and existence in an Australian context.

The Cultural iQ on-demand course has been developed in close consultation with cross-industry leaders, including in-depth consultations with the long-standing clients and partners of The Cultural Intelligence Project Pty Ltd.

Developing your cultural intelligence should be a part of your personal and professional leadership journey. It assists you in building conscious decision-making skills and leading with integrity by building an empowered mindset through unpacking your conscious and unconscious biases, which will ultimately lead to your desired success as culture crosses all aspects of your life.

By the end of the Cultural iQ course, you will feel more informed, confident and empowered to embark on your personal and professional goals. You will have the skills, knowledge and tools needed to effectively navigate cultural barriers and considerations to be an effective leader.

Individuals can purchase CiQ outright for $1500 plus GST or a $155 plus GST monthly payment over 12 months.

Organisation license packages start from $25,000 plus GST and can be adjusted to suit the organisation’s timeframes, commitments, and training budget.

Select Enroll and follow the prompts for purchasing.  Once you have purchased the course, you will receive an email confirming your enrollment and details to gain access to the e-learning portal, which is located on the Cultural iQ website via the sign-in function at the top of the website.

There are two ways.

If you do not recieve your registration email, check your junk or spam mail. If you still don't have your registration details, please send an email to support@culturaliq.com.au for assistance.

Simply head to www.culturaliq.com.au and click the sign-in button. You will be prompted to sign in. Instead of entering your details, click on the link below that says Forgot your password?

Enter your registered email and the email you entered when you purchased the course and follow the prompts, a new password will be sent to your registered email.

The Cultural iQ course is a self-paced course that can be accessed 24/7 for 12 months. The course has four modules with 5 topics per module that are 1 hour in length. Naturally, it depends on your learning style and availability but typically we recommend dedicating 1 hour a week for digestion and practical application to take hold, as it’s a journey – not a sprint.

This would typically see an individual complete the course in 4 months, of course, you could choose to dedicate more time, but we encourage you to be realistic with balancing your personal and professional commitments.

No, but we do strongly recommend it. It is your chance to not only discuss the course content but gain access to the founders who are subject matter experts and can also chat about other topics you might want to unpack or need assistance with navigating.

Yes, within your e-learning platform there is a community where you can post thoughts, and ideas, and ask questions. If a question posed gets a lot of conversation or comments, it is also likely it will be raised within the cultural coaching calls.

Participants can also pose questions within the community for cultural coaching calls if they are not comfortable voicing them over the video conference.

Once you have signed into the e-learning portal via the website you will be prompted to join the internal community, only available customers.
You can also just tap the community tab at the top of your dashboard once logged in and it will take you directly there.

Once you have completed the course, you will be awarded your Cultural iQ course certificate. The digital certificate will warrant the achievement of knowledge, skills and capabilities outlined in the learning outcomes.

You can also share your achievements with your professional network and encourage others to take similar steps via social media by adding it to your platform, such as LinkedIn.

Once you have completed Cultural iQ you or your organisation can be considered for broader opportunities within the TCIP ecosystem, there will be future courses available via the platform and these will be developed based on customer feedback and identified needs by the founders.

We have conscious design the course delivery to follow a number of learning methods. Including but not exclusive to audio, visual imagery, graphics, promotes and course materials to ensure your engaged and entertained throughout your learning experience. Real world examples and knowledge checks are included to embed new learnings and access to cultural coaches and an internal community to ensure you are engaged to learn and build your network through the Cultural iQ community to support your success.
